Rajiv Jain is a Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering, with Honours, and, competed his M.B.A. from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Rajiv has handled cross-functional assignments in Government Interface, Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Consulting, Projects and Manufacturing in varied industry disciplines, namely, Electronics, Telecom, Power and Financial Services. Rajiv has over three decades of rich work experience, and, has held senior positions in the private and public sector as part of his professional career. Rajiv’s last full time assignment was with India Electronics & Semiconductor Association (IESA), a premier industry association in the electronics and semiconductor industry, as Vice President – Government Affairs for about 11 years till June 2018. He headed the Government Interface and was part of several Government Committees and Working Groups. Rajiv advocated key policy initiatives for growth of the sector and was pro-actively involved in their implementation. He anchored several new initiatives for growth of the sector; these included setting up ESDM Incubation Centres, Electronics Manufacturing Clusters (EMCs), Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) and International Office of IESA in Taiwan to facilitate investment promotion. Rajiv was on the Governing Council of the ESSCI and part of several industry committees on the sector. Rajiv was instrumental in developing IESA’s footprint in various states across the country and played an active role in execution of consulting assignments, bringing out industry reports, organising workshops, events, and delegation visits related to the sector. Rajiv also helped expand the visibility of IESA in key international geographies.
Vishal Singh is faculty member at the Stern School of Business, NYU where he teaches Data Driven Decision Making (D3M) to Executive and full-time MBA students. His research focuses in using state-of-the-art econometric and machine learning methods to develop data driven business strategies in variety of domains such as customer management, retail competition, industrial organization, and American politics. His more recent work leverages large databases to generate psychological insights and guide policies in public health. He has published articles in several scholarly journals including Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Psychological Science, and Quantitative Marketing and Economics. His work has also been highlighted in several popular press articles such as the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Slate, Huffington Post, and Forbes. Professor Singh received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2003.
CHMS is a multi-metric, cloud-based ‘Smart Collar’ for dairy cows which improves the efficiency of farm breeding programs and reduces health care costs through early illness detection.
CHMS uses a multi-metric analysis on each individual cows behaviour enabling more accurate and timely heat detection. Pre-breeding, CHMS identifies both cystic and non-cycling cows enabling early intervention and treatment. Combining pre –breeding analysis with post partum health detection and a 96% heat detection rate ensures that CHMS can maximise your 3 and 6 week submission rates. CHMS monitors a cows feeding and rumination behaviour, compares this to her usual behaviour and to that of the rest of the herd. As such we are gaining an informed, data led insight into feed quality, reproduction management and cow efficiency with real, tangible results for the farmer…….Healthier cows pregnant quicker in a more efficient, cost saving manner!
DMS Dashboard will present the overview of the farm. It will list the no of cattles for each group. Admin will be able to create the cattle group as per choice.
Dashboard will show the a graphical representation of daily produced milk. User will be able to change date to view the details. The privileged user also will be able to insert or update the milk entry of a cow for a day.
Dashboard will also enlist the todo items for the respective users.
This view will list all the cattle of a category in form of grid. The grid will contatin the most necessary data of a cattle like tag no, name, breed, age, location etc. User will also be able to search a cattle using it's tag no.
User also will be able to visualize the list of all cattles in physical location like a ward or shade. This will help to accomplish the location wise tasks and avoid mistakes.

User management enables admins to control user access. Admin will be able to create users and user groups with different access control. Each user will be able to login to the portal and access their own dashboard.
